Context

As our client introduces electric vehicles to the South American market, limited inventory across dealerships creates a significant barrier to customer experience. Traditional car buying requires customers to visit multiple dealerships, often traveling long distances only to find that their desired model isn't available for viewing.

The automotive industry is undergoing a major transition to electric vehicles, but customer education and access remain key challenges, especially in markets where EVs are just being introduced. Our client needed a solution that could bridge the gap between online research and in-person purchases.
